BARS & DRINK OFFERINGS

Our Funky Horse Box Trailer converted is fully set up with 6 draft pumps with the advantage of the added back bar again which can be set up with further pumps or draft ales.

We are able to offer any draft lager, ciders, ales, so these can be bespoke to your event and we use locally sourced beers too.

The bar is also set up for sprits and soft drinks.

The rustic bar is burnt wood, comes in sections which can be joined together too make whatever sized bar the event requires.

This bar is more corporate and the sections can be joined together to form a round bar (6m diameter).

Our versatile barista coffee trailer serving locally sourced and renowned for its amazing taste “Island Roasted Coffee”.

Everyone who has seen this and tasted the coffee have commented just how good our coffee tastes.

This also serves snacks, hot and cold food.

Mermaid Gin, hand crafted on the Isle of Wight is a great addition to your event. This can be a stand alone bar where you can sample an invigorating fresh organic drink.

Mermaid offer, Gin, Pink Gin, Lemon Zest Gin, Spiced Rum (Our favourite) and Salted Vodka.

We have partnered up with Isle of Wight Cocktails who prepare and make our cocktails for us.

They have mastered the recipe, these have proved very popular at events. Especially the Pina Colada, where most make the comment “Oh Wow!! That’s amazing”.
